Products purchased from the online store have a legal right of withdrawal according to consumer protection laws, which is valid for 14 days from the date of order, except for products excluded from the right of withdrawal due to their short shelf life or other legal reasons. Such products include all fresh products as well as products containing living growing medium or mycelium, such as "Grow Kit", "DIY Grow Kit", "Oyster Mushroom Spawn" and similar products. These products are not eligible for withdrawal.
Before canceling an order, the customer must contact our customer service and inform the seller of the cancellation and the forthcoming return of the products. Returns can be made for all or part of the items in the order. The returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and without defects.
The seller has the right to partially or completely reduce the value of the product if the products have been used, have defects, the original packaging is lost, or the products are otherwise not in the condition in which they were sold to the customer.
Shipping costs will be refunded based on the price of the most economical shipping method. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.
The payment will be refunded in the same manner as the order was paid. For example, if the payment was made by card, the refund amount will be credited to the card. The notice period for termination is 14 days. Any payments due during the notice period will be charged according to the agreement. Deliveries made during the notice period will be carried out according to the agreement unless otherwise agreed with the customer. After the notice period has expired, the subscription will be terminated automatically, and billing will be discontinued. If the customer cancels their subscription 14 days before the next delivery date, the payment for that delivery will not be charged, and any payment already made for the next delivery will be refunded to the customer.
The online store is subject to statutory liability for defects in the products sold. The customer must be able to demonstrate that the product was defective upon arrival.
